Three types of can beer

Healthy is one of key words in Japan.
Here are three types of can beer.
Center one is standard low-malt beer which is made from not only malt and hop but also soy-beans etc. This type of beer is much cheaper than normal beer because of the alcohol tax.
Right one is less carbohydrate, 70% cutting comparing with normal low-malt beer
Left one is much healthier beer that achieved purine 99% cutting (compared with the low-malt beer and purine is known the cause of gout ) and carbohydrate 60% cutting at the same time.

Fingerprint authentication in noodle shop
The introduction of the high technology device examination is
started for the first time by the noodle shop.
When the advance is paid 1000 yen, the customer can eat Udon noodle for one month.
The fingerprint authentication at banks etc. is getting popular in Japan.
But It is the first experimental attempt at a food restaurant instead of membership cards.

The first sales auction at this season of a natural Japanese pufferfish that signaled the coming at the tasty season of pufferfish was opened in , Seki City. Yamaguchi prefecture. One weight is about 800g - 1kg
The louder and cheerful voices echoed in the market negotiating the price by the very unique way that seller and buyer are garbing each other in a cloth bag and use the finger signal of price.
It looks like that two men are shakehanding in the cloth bag from other people.

The fish is famous to have poison.
Only limited and licensed restaurant can serve the pufferfish.

You can try it in Japan.
