Tuna Sushi is safe and healthy?
Mood:  hungry
Tuna is safe and healthy?

When you are in Sushi restaurant, you like to order Tuna, Maguro'.

Tuna is believed as healthy and good to eat.

The health agencies in many countries have announced Tuna contains mercury.

Unfortunately, Bluefin tuna which I like best has the highest mercury level.

Considering this fact you may have the way to enjoy delightful Sushi.

It is good idea to eat various Sushi like fishes and shellfish and vegetables. Californian role, Kappa roll, Oshinko roll Tuna is not only Sushi.

As long as you don't eat excessive amount of Tuna it would be safe.

If you are pregnant, it would be better to consult with your doctor about how much you can eat Tuna peace.

Please enjoy Sushi in Japan as many as you like.

Be careful about shoyu.

You will be very thirsty after you eat sushi because of too much Shoyu (Soy Sause).

Use reduced-sodium Shoyu if they have.

Do not dip whole sushi in Shoyu (Soy Sauce)!

Internet access in Japan.

Internet Access

You may think Japan is one of the Internet popular countries. In fact, it is true but for the visitors from foreign countries. There are so many Wifi signs in Japan. But these signs/logos are only for the people who has the cell phone/smart phone in Japan. If you are very connected person to the internet, it would be better to have your cell phone with international roaming service. There are three major carriers in Japan, Docomo, AU, Softbank.

If your cell phone company has the roaming service with these 3 carriers, just tell the operator to have international roaming service in Japan.

Another option is to rent a mobile router at airport.  When you are going to return to your home just bring it to the counter or mail it to post.
The price is 500 - 1000 Japanese Yen /day.

Chopsticks (Waribashi)

When we eat meals at a Japanese restaurant it is common to use chopsticks (Waribashi).
Especially disposable wooden type of chopsticks is popular.
Recently, it is getting popular to use non-disposable chopsticks for environmental protectionism.
Non-disposable type of chopsticks are made of plastics, wood or bamboo.
The surface of chopsticks becomes much slippery than disposable one.
It becomes more difficult to eat noodle or slippery food for foreigners.
