Cha-shu-men

Cha-shu-men is a kind of "Ramen".
It is topped with sliced of "Cha-shu", roasted pork.
Ramen has a slice of Chashu normally.
Cha-shu-men is specialized by many Cha-shus.
It varies by Ramen restaurants to have how many slices of Cha-shu for Cha-shu-men.
I ate Cha-shu-men by chance and it was coverd all over the noodle.
I couldn't see any noodle because of so many Cha-shus.

You can see the picture of spcial Cha-shu-men.
